With summer quickly approaching it was time for me to work on those love handles I acquired over the last ten months. After my husband died I move to Austin, TX to be closer to my family and I kind of let myself go. It’s understandable but it’s time to take action. I did some research and found a possible solution. I did a search on coolsculpting in Austin Texas 78746 and was pleasantly surprised with the results. I found a medical practice very close to where I live that performs this procedure.
I had never heard of this procedure before and was very intrigued by the possibilities. What is coolsculpting you ask? I asked myself the exact same question. Basically, it is a procedure where they freeze fat cells and destroy them without harming any surrounding tissue. After the fat cells are destroyed, they are resorbed by the body and naturally eliminated without any harmful side effects. Also, there is no downtime for the patient. It seems like a win-win situation to me. I decided to schedule a consultation appointment to see if this “freeze the fat” treatment is for me. My appointment is scheduled for next Tuesday during my lunch hour. Hopefully, I won’t miss any extra time from work. I am so excited and am looking forward to our initial consultation.
This could be the kickstart of a new beginning for me. I’ve been really depressed and down since my husband died and had no desire to care about myself. How could I care about myself when he was gone? It just didn’t seem right. I kept my focus on him and it was very detrimental to my mental and physical health. I’ve started working out but it just doesn’t seem to be working. Maybe coolsculpting is the best option for me. Stay tuned and I’ll let you all know the progress of my transformation.
